What does Fast Cast mean in tha Tabula Rasa Credit?

 Tabula Rasa,This means that you will have very little animation time between the time you fire Rage and the power begins working. Currently the animation takes several seconds. The longer animation time can be deadly if you don't anticipate correctly or time the cast right. The change makes this power more user friendly in the heat of battle.
